We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
At the same time, we want to be open and transparent with you:
Gipfelgspusi® is a small Austrian outdoor label. Each item is produced with great care only after you place your order. Unlike large retail chains, we do not have our own warehouses or large logistics centers.
Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cover the costs for returns.
We hope for your understanding – with every purchase, you directly support the development of our brand and help us to continue growing.
How a return works
- Register your return within 14 days via email at office@gipfelgspusi.at.
- You will receive all further information regarding the return from us.
- Carefully pack the item and send it to the specified return address.
- The buyer bears the direct costs of the return.
- After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method.
Please note
For us to accept a return, the item must be:
- unworn,
- unwashed,
- in its original condition,
- free from dirt or damage.
If the item has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, a refund may be limited in accordance with legal requirements.
Complaints
If your item is damaged, has a production defect, or was delivered incorrectly, we will naturally cover all resulting costs and arrange for a replacement or a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
